Dear Customer, If you are trying to contact us because you are having trouble placing your order due to being kicked back to the log-in page when entering credit card info, please make sure your internet security options are NOT set on high, and cookies ARE enabled (Click Here to read about Cookie Usage). If the problem still persists please contact us by telephone, and we will process your order manually. Other possible issues that could prevent you from making an order from us: 1. Are you trying to access the site from home or work? Some users had issues with placing an order, and it turned out that they were trying to access our site from work and although the local PC settings were OK, the company firewall was blocking the transfer of relevant data to enable checkout to proceed.
2 If you are using a Proxy Server, then that can cause problems. Usually only companies will use a Proxy Server, but now and then a home user will. A Proxy Server can prevent for example employees using sites such as MSN.
3. Another product which can cause issues is Google Accelerator, which is used to speed up an internet connection. In these cases the person would need to deactivate the Google Accelerator to use our site, if it was causing problems.
