Returns are accepted if mailed back to the store within 7 days from the day of delivery to the buyer. Returns accepted only in the original packaging with all original accessories and enclosures. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping charges. The buyer needs to insure that the merchandise is packed properly in the original wrapping and packaging to avoid damage to it.
A restocking fee of 15% or $20 (whichever is greater) will be charged with every return. Plus 6% credit card processing fee (of order total) will be charged with every return. If paid by Paypal, no credit card processing fee applies to a return (as Paypal does not charge us processing fees).

Free Shipping. We currently offer a promotional FREE SHIPPING with ALL the items in the store within 48 Continental US states. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier for any of the items we ship free. Free shipping is offered only with items that are NOT returned to the store.
If an item offered with a free shipping is returned to the store for any reason, we will deduct from your refund the actual shipping fee amount that we paid to ship the item to your location. This amount may be calculated at www.fedex.com, www.ups.com, or www.usps.com (depending on shipping carrier used to ship your item) for the package in question size and weight, from zip code 98087. All other return fees (from above) apply as well. If the item is returned undelivered, we will have to charge you two-way shipping. For returning damaged in shipping items please refer to "damaged in shipping" section below.
Chicken Coops and Doghouses. Our Chicken Coops may be returned ONLY if never been taken out of the original packaging. Chicken Coops that have been out of packaging may not be returned to the store. If a chicken coop is returned to the store, we will deduct the actual shipping fee amount that we paid to ship your chicken coop to your location. This amount may be calculated at www.fedex.com from zip code 98087. For undelivered coop, we will have to charge you two-way shipping. All other return fees (from above) apply as well. Please note: All Outdoor wooden products need to be maintained, retreated on a regular basis to prolong the life of the wood. Wood by nature will expand and contract. Treat this product regularly and it will last for years! This item is a high quality wooden product that has traveled many miles and passed thru many hands before it gets to you, it could arrive with some minor scratches or scrapes to the wood. We will not accept returns for minor wood imperfections. If an item is clearly damaged you must notify us within 3 days, so we can deal with the problem quicker and get you a replacement item or parts right away.
Bundles: The discounted prices for our bundles apply only if purchased together. If you purchased any of our bundles at discounted price, consisting of several items and/or include free items, and you return any of the items within the bundle, you will be charged for the kept items including the free items at their sale price. The credit card processing fees and restocking fees apply.
Signature Requirements and Address Changes: When shipping an item, we require some kind of a signature upon receipt for yours and our protection. In cases where the shipping company, after reasonable attempts, is unable to reach the buyer at the shipping address given, or the item is refused by the recipient at the time of delivery, the item will be returned back to the store, a credit for the purchase minus 6% (of the order total) processing fee will be refunded to the buyer; however, the shipping fee (both ways) is not refunded. You will be charged $10.00 for address correction fee if you provide an incorrect / misspelled shipping address. (This charge is determined by the shipping companies and not us). If you wish to waive the signature confirmation, please send us a request in writing with your order. In this case, if your package is dropped off at your door and disappears or gets vandalized, we are not responsible for the losses or damages. In cases when you ask as to release the signature after we already shipped your package to you with a signature requirement, there is a fee of $10 that will have to be processed before we release the signature (The fee is determined by the shipping company, not us).
Please remember that you can always call Fedex and ask for your package to be left at the station for you to pick it up. Most shipping stations are open on Saturdays as well.
Please keep in mind that there are some instances when a shipping company will not release a signature, nor change the delivery address.
Shipping to PO boxes. We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide physical address for your shipment.
Shipping to Military (APO and FPO) addresses. We ship packages to military addresses that weigh 20 lbs and under. Please keep in mind that In some cases shipping companies do not deliver to certain military addresses. We will not be responsible for shipping fees in these cases.
International Transactions/Shipping. If you wish to have your item shipped outside of the US, please contact us before ordering for approval and shipping quote. The purchaser is fully responsible for all the customs related fees that your country may and will impose on you. We don't know the exact amount. Please check with your country's Customs department for this information.
Because, in most cases, our customers fail to pay customs fees, and those are being charged to us, you may be pre-charged for the customs fees by the store. The difference (if there is any) will be refunded after we receive our bill from customs. This fee will either be included in your international shipping fee, or charged separately.
If your shipping destination is outside of our shipping policy (48 Continental US States) and/or you use a credit card based outside of the US, and you order our item(s) online without contacting the store for approval first, we may cancel your order at our discretion and withhold 20% cancellation fee from your credit card payment to pay your (international) credit card processing fees that we were charged to process and return your payment. This policy applies as well to international customers who check out our items with FREE SHIPPING designated within 48 US States.
Damaged in Shipping items. There in no need to panic, if the purchased item is received damaged. Please notify the store as soon as you learn that the shipping damage occurred (no longer than 24 hours from receipt). We will file a claim with the shipping company, ask the shipping company to come to the delivery address and pick up the damaged item. The replacement item will be sent to you as soon as the damaged one is picked up (normally occurs the next business day). If you wish not to have a replacement item shipped to you, but have a monetary refund instead, we will issue a refund for the total of the order (including the shipping fee), minus 6% (of the order total) credit card processing fee that we are being charged. The refund will be issued to the buyer only after the damaged item is received by the store and inspected. Cancelled Orders. If you already paid with a credit card, and wish to cancel your order, as we are charged credit card processing fees with every transaction, a credit card processing fee of 6% ( or 10% international transactions) of order total will be charged with the order cancellation. If your item has already gone to shipping, you will be responsible for the shipping fees and return of the item. All cancellations need to be made within 1 hour from the time of purchase to avoid paying shipping fees.
Pricessing and shipping time. Orders made Mon-Fri before 2 pm PT are shipped within 3 business days. Orders made on Mon-Fri after 2 pm PT are treated as the next day orders. Orders made on Sat & Sun are treated as Monday orders. Orders made on holidays are treated as the next working day's orders. We may require additional time to ship fragile and heavy items, as they require additional processing. If you chose to ship a purchased item(s) by a shipping company that is not normally used by our store, we will require additional time for processing.
The estimated number of days in shipping is normally 3-5 business days within the continental US. There are rare instances when your package is late due to delay on the part of shipping company. We have no control, nor responsibility for those instances. However, we will be happy to assist you with tracking of your package and communicating with the shipping company on your behalf while your package is in shipping.
